The Barbers and Cosmetologists Board has a new mailing address. Their address is 1201 Dunbar
Avenue, Dunbar, WV 25064.
The Physical Therapy Board has moved. Their new address is 101 Dee Drive, Suite 101,
Charleston, WV 25311. The phone number is 304-558-0367.
The WV Board of Medicine has a new web page. Please note their new address is http://www.wvbom.wv.gov.

WV DHHR's Office of Threat Preparedness (DPT) has a federal mandate to link
licensee's database to the WV DHHR's Responder Emergency Deployment Information (WV
REDI) system. At the present time, the Board of Medicine, RN and LPN Boards and the Board
of Pharmacy are linked to the WV REDI system. Several other Boards have been selected by the
federal government to be contacted and seek permission to electronically link to their licensee

encourage you to seriously consider and approve this linking of your database.
At a previous Association meeting, there was discussion on how a Board could verify
whether or not licensees are in default with workers comp since the change to
BrickStreet. The following link, http://icomp.wvinsurance.gov/, will allow
you to check the licensees' status. Questions about the system can be directed to
