W. Va Code 30-19 - Foresters - This document
contains the W. Va. Code detailing licensing of foresters and forester technicians and the organization and
duties of the WV Board of Registration of Foresters.
Title 200 - Series 1 - Certification of Registered
Foresters - This Legislative Rule establishes the educational and experience requirements, approved job
titles, and continuing education requirements for foresters and forestry technicians, and meeting
requirements for the board.
Title 200 - Series 2 - Contested Case Hearing
Procedure - This rule specifices the procedure for the adjudication of contested case hearings before the
Board.
Title 200 Series 3 - Disciplinary and Complaint
Procedures - This rule specifies a procedure for the investigation and resolution of complaints against
foresters and forestry technicians.
Title 200 Series 4 - Schedule of Fees - This
legislative rule establishes the various fees that are to be submitted to the State Board of Registration for
Foresters.
